Double Stack Vent Panel
Double Stack Ventilation panel is a high level EMI shielded air filter with superior performance. Extruded aluminum profiles surround dual layers of ¼-inch honeycomb and welded in place. Both honeycomb layers are positioned 90 degrees to each other, optimizing shielding effectiveness and minimizing the polarization characteristics of straight aluminum honeycomb. Multi Gasket, a combination of neoprene sponge and monel mesh or Wire-Knit, is installed on the panel. Hole locations are customized for easy surface mount installation with standard 8-32 rivnuts or .203 diameter holes. Plating options enhance shielding effectiveness.
*Double Stack is available in 15°, 30°, 45° & 60° slanted honeycomb which may increase air flow resistance.
